Laura Mather to attend FTC roundtable on Consumer Education

Laura Mather represented the Anti-Phishing Working Group at the April 2008 FTC Roundtable on Consumer Anti-Phishing Education.  Laura discussed the APWG's initiative to create a educational redirect page that ISPs, registrars, etc. could use when shutting down a phish site.  By redirecting to this education page, consumers are shown anti-phishing education at the "most teachable moment" - when they have just fallen for a phishing communication.
