As many of you know, I have been thinking a lot about the best way to police the Internet. Last week I was talking with Evan Lee, the Associate Dean for Research at the UC Hastings College of the Law and a Constitution scholar. Based on some things that Evan said, it got me thinking about how our country and the government of our country is based on our Constitution. It made me think that it might be a good idea to develop some sort of Constitution for the Internet.
