A July 10th article by Tracy Kitten of Bank Info Security highlights a recent case that a federal appeals court reversed a May 2011 ruling stating that Ocean Bank was not at fault for its customer, PATCO Construction Co., being the victim of cyber theft in 2009.

I'm super excited to be participating on a panel at Fortune Brainstorm Tech in Aspen next week. The panel is going to discuss "Defending the Device" and focus on how mobile technology has become prolific in our society and, therefore, needs to be protected. Many of the panelists will talk about the device itself, but my contribution is going to be more on the enterprise side.
