In a recent eWeek article, Robert Lemos reports on how the latest DDoS attacks are supposedly perpetrated by hacktivists but appear to actually be cyber attacks. While I have no proof one way or the other on whether these attacks are political or financial in nature, I do have some concerns around the overall logic surrounding these attacks.
